Hello :) How can I make my iPhone to be never lock?

Do you mean lock, as in with a passcode? Or do you just mean sleep? If the former, don't set a passcode lock. If the latter, Settings>General>Autolock>Never. Be aware that your battery will run down much faster if the screen is on all the time.

Settings > General > Auto-Lock > Never

Note: If you press the Sleep/Wake button the iPhone will lock. Nothing can be done about that.
