Q: This iPad is not qualified for free iCloud service?

Am trying to use the app 'Find my Friends' but get the message my iPad is not qualified for free iCloud service.  Any suggestions?

iPad, iOS 6.0.1

    I'm not too sure about the exact cause of this problem, but i think it has to do with your internet connection. The wifi at my rented place is very unstable and I sometimes get this message. If I reconnect my wifi and try again it usually works. When i'm at home where the wifi is better this never happens.
