When I open up Appstore, I see 3 updates, which of two I installed personally but one app named Screen Snake, I never installed. When I click update I get asked password for my friend's apple id..
I asked my friend about this and he told me that he installed Screen Snake on his macbook. My own appstore is signed in with my apple id.. So how could this happen ?
MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
Do you guys also synch devices with each other too?
No we don't. He also told me that he never logged in his apple id on my macbook.
Use spotlight to search for this app, let me know where it is installed. It may have somehow got included somewhere as a back-up. At least let us know where it is located for the time being.
thank you for your replies.. I don't have the software installed and when i search with spotlight, nothing pops up.
Ok, this is becoming a mystery. Time to re-index and see if anything changes.
