Q: My slideshow will run for 5-6 minutes and then stops.  Is there a fix?

My slide show on my IPad will run on my Apple TV for 5-6 minutes and then stop. Am I doing something wrong or is it the system?

I also have this problem.  Upgraded to iTunes 11 and ATV latest (5.1.1?) running the new remote app on a 1st gen iPad under iOS 6.0.1.  5 or 6 minutes then nada.  I'm assuming I must be the stupid one since Apple products are so easy to use they don't even need instructions ...

Further recon in ATV slideshow ... slideshow termination seems to coincide with iMac going into sleep mode.  I forced the iMac to stay awake for 20 minutes and the slideshow played the entire time.  when I let it go dormant it played for 12 minutes (my sleep timer was at 10 minutes).  I've now set the sleep timer for 25 minutes and will re-run my test.
