I recently activated notification centre for my mail app(It is a hotmail account) but there doesn't seem to be any notifications even when a mail has arrived, anyone faced this? I enabled everything(with badges), view in lock screen etc(everything is set to ON).
Any help would be appreciated.

Try resetting your phone, hold the home and off button down until the apple symbol comes up.
I have found the only VIP's seem to show up in the notifications. But, I am on the iPod 5th generation.
All mail is suppose to come through notifications if it is turned on.
It has been my experience that only my VIP's seem to come through the notification center. (they all come through in Mountain Lion)
Thats interesting, it should tho.
At the same time, it is kind of nice I wouldn't want alerts for all my emails. But, it would be nice to be able to select which emails to receive notifications on. VIP's works for me.
That would be nice.
It wonder if it may be to conserve on data usage.
Shouldnt matter, since the email coming in itself is using the data, not the notification in notification center.

Seriously no one? =( This is getting troublesome. Everything in the notification centre is already on, alert type is banner. But still there is nothing when mails arrived.
