SLVR won't honor 100 song limit

I have a SLVR from cingular. I used to download 100 songs fine but now it won't go over 40 songs. I have the bitrate down to 128 or less and it still can't get over 40 songs. What happened to my phone? I want 100 songs on my phone why doesn't it do it?

Do you have enough free space available on the phone for the songs? (Look at the bottom of the iTunes window after you connect the phone to your computer; it shows the number of songs on the phone and the amount of space used and available.) If you have a lot of long songs, you might not have enough free space to copy 100 songs.
