I already took it to Apple store thanks for the advise i got here in the forum... and i was informed that it had a hardware problem and need to replace it. However the sad part is that i need to wait for almost a month (2-3 weeks) before I can have a brand new ipad4. Hoping its okay this time and dont have any defect. For the one experiencing like mine, you could send your ipad to your nearest apple store...so that they could check it right away as long as you do have a warranty period...
I actually have iPad Mini 3G+WiFi 32GB, the same issue as you all described. I was wondering whether it is an APP Store issue or the Update to the new 6.1.2 or any version update lower than the current..
I have called Apple technical support and they have just told me that there is no such issue as like what we are eperiencing. Just bought mine 9 days ago. But I was thinking of returning it or whether Apple will replace it. Im sure they will but there is still no guarantee on the exchange whether I will still have the same issue.
I was just hoping now that with the next update of iOS, this issue be resolved.
What do you think guys?
