I've been using my MacBook now for the last 4 weeks and I love it! But I got a problem which I cannot use my app store properly. This is now how it looks like:
Is there a way to fix this problem? If there is, will it affect my DATA?

You can try to remove these two files:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.appstore.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.storeagent.plist
Let me know how it goes, as we may have to try another step.

Unfortunately I couldn't find it 😟. I think I may be looking at the wrong place. But please see a screenshot.
It appears you are searching the wrong library, but nice try. You need to check the HOME library.
Click on finder, then "GO" tab, and hold down your option key to see the super-secret library 😝
Before I read the last solution, I checked my App Store on my iPhone also, it was showing me the same layouts (broken). So I thought then it was my Internet, so I decided to restart my router - then voilà! Everything else was reset back to the way it was!

You rock. I was about to go through a very painful "windoz" flashback experience of uninstall/reinstall just to get the darn thing to work, and after seeing your post, sauntered over to my wifi router which was cooking itself sitting on the carpet. Reboot. Whala! Works. Pure genius. Put a lapdesk under the router so it stops overheating. 🙂
What is the next step after deleting the two plist files?
