add music and effects to library of FCP X ?

How can I add my own music and sound effects to FCP X?

I want to add music to the music library in FCP X.0.6. Music I made with other programmes than Garageband or Logic. How can I do that?

Another question is: how can I add my folders with Apple Loops, that are located on another disk?
