I did a sync from my Outlook on one computer to my new iPhone5 using iTunes and it worked fine. Now I want to sync from my iPhone5 to Outlook on another pc and I am not getting any contacts transfering over.

My Contacts did sync to iCloud and to my Android phone but they are not showing up in Outlook on my pc. I googled the procedure and followed the process for setting up Outlook and iTunes and I see the sync process in iTunes say it's syncing Contacts and then Calendar but again no contacts are showing up in Outlook. Do I have to somehow sync from iCloud instead of iTunes?

iPhone 5, Windows Vista

Can't. Everytime I launch the iCloud Control Panel I get an error message saying "Repair the iCloud Control Panel to use iCloud with Outlook". I've tried repairing it and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and I still get the same error message. Is this a known bug? I'm running Windows Vista 64 bit. Is there a known fix?
