My iPod Dosn't verrify my account and says go to e-mail to find instructions to verrify account.And when I go there it won't let me in.

Dear Apple,My iPod touch has an account.When I log in it says "account is not verified check e-mail to find instructions to verify this account".But when I go there it says account already added to iPod touch.And it leaves everything kind of blank that you. Cannot touch it.Please help me I'm a big fan of Apple and I buy your products and love them.
