Unable to connect to the Itunes store try later message constantly. No matter when I try i get this message. is this indicative of some other problem?
Dumb question, have you checked your internet connection?
Is it WiFi or lan?

I have seen that too and when I try on iTunes on my Mac I would get it too.
Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router.
