I have been trying to send a photo book that I have put together to Apple for printing and it will download the pages then stops during the process of sending it to the atore. I have had books printed before without any problems.

Since your question involves iPhoto, and does not seem to involve the word processing/page layout application Pages, it's more likely to be read by people able to respond to it in the iPhoto community. The link will take you there.

Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.
if the preview is good boot into safemode and try again
