Q: apple tv and photos

I just got an Apple TV and am trying to view photos but whenever I click on the photo icon to try to open it it tells me that the Terms and Conditions of iCloud have changed. System Preferences>iCloud do not show updated Terms. I have also read here that iCloud has nothing to do with viewing photos on Apple TV. Help?

You appear to be trying to watch photos over photostream by selecting photostream from the main menu, this uses iCloud.

If you select photos from the computers option on the main screen you will use photos from your computer, no iCloud required.
