BSD process name corresponding to current thread: WindowServer

After upgrading to the new Mac OS 10.8.2, I keep getting this sudden reboot. I checked the logs and it states this:

panic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff7f9f16bb25): NVRM[0/1:0:0]: Read Error 0x00000100: CFG 0xffffffff 0xffffffff 0xffffffff, BAR0 0xd2000000 0xffffff80bdd5a000 0x0a5480a2, D0, P2/4

Backtrace (CPU 2), Frame : Return Address

Please help. This macbook is no longer usable with the state it's in. Thanks alot.
