How to disable library folder for FTP login

Hi,

I have already setup FTP server on MacOSX 10.6.8 Server using Service Admin. As for the user, I am using Workgroup Manager to create them. However, whenever I started to transfer stuff via ftp, there is Library folder created in the user's home folder. How can I disable it so next time when the user login to his ftp account, he won't see additional Library folder in it?

Xserve, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
