This is all well and good but nothing tells me who to contact if my in-app purchase never comes through even though my money is taken.
I bought some gems on Reign of Dragons a few days ago and was told on the screen that the payment was complete and if I still do not recieve anything within the hour to contact itunes support. Days later I am still trying itunes support but instead of getting help I can only find FAQ. Now I may not be looking in the right place but I have no idea what to do now in terms of contacts or steps to resolving this, and help?
