Speed of SATA bus in Mid 2011 Mini?
Considering buying a SSD, but need to know if this model Mini came with SATA II (3gbs) or SATA III (6gbs). Thanks.

The mid 2011 mini has SATAIII, 6 Gb/s. See http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/mac_mini/index-macmini.html.
The answer is correct for the question in the post.
The question in the topic's subject line is a different one, though, and more relevant when considering an SSD instead of the default HDD.
Unless I'm completely wrong, 6GB/s is the max transfer rate of the harddisk including its interface as built in by the factory, not the bus. The bus speed should be much higher (hence, allowing a much greater tranfer rate), with the max transfer rate to and from an SSD then most likely limited by the SSD and its interface.
