Phillips projector Picopix 2055

Hi, I am trying to connect the mini projector Picopix 2055 to my MacBook with Rtina Display but everytime I conect the Picopix a blue screen apears and then the MacBook tries to restart doe to a faillure. it won't even restart unless I disconect the projector again.

Strangely it works fine on my Airbook?? Unfortunetly I can not use the Airbook since I need the firewire to show a video...

Can anyone help???

Have you been able to connect any other external displays to the Retina pro?

Shut down any running applications then try again. Can you post the crash report?

I have the same problem but in my case it doesn't run on a Macbook Air. Has anybody been able to solve this?

I have the same issue. Has anyone found a solution ?

I spoke to Apple Support and they said the restart was a Kernel panic caused by incompatible software. I am currently waiting on Philips getting back to me on this.

I like the projector and don’t want to have to return it but I think it might be my only option at the moment. :-(
