Weird stripes appeared next to the pointer and cursor

Strange behaviour under Snow Leopard (latest) and Lion (latest) as well.

Each cursor (arrow, pointer, text) has some weird dots and stripes.

I have two monitors, and the position of these stripes are different on each monitors.
