I, too, have as my Apple ID, alanandirene@primehome.com - had it for nearly a year now - but if I try "Enter Apple ID and Password, it always goes to alanandirene@cytanet.com.cy - in spite of the fact that I haven't got cytanet.com.cy as my provider any more. I have successfully now had alanandirene@primehome.com, and even had my password, so why do I always get @cytanet.com.cy?

I have backuped already. Frankly, if Apple cannot have my iPad onto a new computer, and a new provider if necessary, I might as well, next time, buy an android instead - after all, they have just as many apps now. I don't WANT to, though, all I ask is that my new provider is the same everywhere, and not one that is at least three years old!
