My iPhone 4 is completely buggered, will not pick up reception nor can anyone hear when i make calls. Is there anything available where you go to a retail store and pay a fee and just upgrade the handset, its owned outright no contract ???

My iPhone 4 will not pick up reception and no one can hear me during calls. Is there any system available to go into a retail store and pay a fee or something to get a new handset whether it be the 4 or a newer version. It's owned outright, no longer on a plan.

Please Help !!!

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Apple does not provide an upgrade option. You can purchase a new iPhone either outright at full retail price or for a subsidized price with a contract via many carriers.

Well why not? What software are you referring to, iOS or iTunes?
