Fix error in iMessage system. Anyone can help me?

My iPhone 4s don't send messages using the iMessage system in Wi-fi connection. How can I fix this error??

Before, the iMessage is available, but when I sent the message, the message be in green color.

Now, the blue color never available even using the Wi-fi network.
