What exactly is the "Server" information that is necessary to complete this setup?
I am trying to setup an Exchange Account so my Calendar App will work.
This is the App that comes with the iPad. Not sure what is required for "server" info.

You need the server address from your Exchange Server administartor.
You will not find it here on this forum.
I didn't expect to find the specific server address here. Is there a pattern that can be somehow determined from the email address or is the server address random and determined by the admin?
If you have OWA access to your Exchange Server you can get the information after you log in (in help section)
Otherwise you need to check with the Exchange Server administrator.
