Capture JPEG in iMovie 11

Does anyone know how to capture a JPEG still in iMovie 11?

It used to be very simple to do in earlier versions of iMovie but now seems impossible

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 27 inch screen, Karman Hardon sound
