I cannot get my AJA LHi to communicate with any of my decks.

I checked all the connections (over and over), but Log and Capture says "no communication." I used AJA two weeks ago to import 3/4" and it worled fine, but now it's not working (on any of my decks). For my project, I need to import Beta SP, 3/4" and Hi 8 mm. I have a deadline and need to get this problem resolved ASAP. I'm not technically savvy, so any hekp will be appreciated!
