IPad in the pool

You can attempt to remove as much water as possible and place in in a bag with dry rice to absorb moisture but likely it's toast.

Don't try to turn it on untill it is thoroughly dry.

Let it Rice Out for at least a week. No plugging it in, no trying to turn it on. Just let it sit. The water doesn't hurt the iPad necessarily, but the short circuits caused by water on the boards is what makes the damage. WHich is why you don't turn it on and let it sit.
