Remove an RSS feed from Podcast Store and Add to iTunes U

Hi, a long time ago my museum submitted a podcast series into the iTunes Store. We did not put the series up in the Store ourselves–instead we submitted to the iTunes approver to put in the Store.

Now, we have an iTunes U presence (https://itunes.apple.com/us/institution/smithsonian-national-museum/id393005739) and want to move these RSS feeds from the Podcasting side of iTunes into our iTunes U site. We submitted a request to take it out of the Store a month ago but received no response and the old links are still live. Any suggestions of who else we should contact or next steps to take?
