Unknown Icon in Launchpad (Protected Search Settings??)

I have an Icon named "Protected Search Settings" in my launchpad since a Few days. The Icon is a Green shield (like all these anti-virus apps use)

If I click at it nothing happens (no left- or right-click Works)

I'm Not able to delete it, so I looked for the app/Folder in the Applications-Folder but there is nothing called like this.

In addition to this my MacBook Air got very slow an freezes sometimes since the Icon is there.

Is there any other possibility than resetting it?
