Hi all,


I'm having an issue with an instructor trying to submit her course to the iTunes U catalog.  She has been added as an  user in the Site Manager by the administrator (me) and her Apple ID has been verified.  However, whenever she goes to submit her course to the iTunes catalog she gets this message:


To submit a course to the iTunes catalog, you must be an affiliated instructor with an Apple ID that was previously used to sign in at iTunes, ....


Any ideas?

    Hi West,


    I'm having this exact issue with an Apple ID that I've verified is affiliated with our institution in Site Manager and it has been used to purchase apps in iTunes. Did you find a solution for this issue?

    I also had this problem, thankfully it has an easy solution.   Not only does the instructor need to be affiliated, but the course must also be affiliated.  If the course was made before you were affiliated the course will have the old non affiliated Institution name.  To fix it simply edit the course information, and change the institution field to the 'actual' affiliated institution name, the one with the icon next to it.


    That did the trick for me, hope it helps you too.
