iPhone battery drain

I was having lots of issues with my battery draining after the 6.0.1 update. I tried many things that people suggested like shutting off many items in location services, disconnecting and reconnecting my cloud account and many others. I was getting very frustrated them I simply let my phone battery die on its own and waited a couple hours then recharged it fully. I am happy to say that my battery is back to normal, I hope this can help others.
