How do I put mp3 files onto a USB stick to use on my arcam mini solo when all my music is apple lossless on iTunes

1. Set your import settings to mp3 format at your desired bit rate
2. Select some songs to convert, right click, click Create MP3 version
3. Copy the new tracks to the device

If you sort the libray by date added (or create a smart playlist) you should be able to drag and drop the new tracks from iTunes to a folder on the device and the files should be copied over.

You can clean them up once they are on the device. 😉

If you want to permanently exchange your Apple Lossless files for MP3 (why!?! 😕) you could use my script ConvertFormat.
