No. Verizon is a CDMA carrier. There is no such thing as an unlocked CDMA phone. All unlocked iPhones are GSM only.
To the best of my knowledge, even if you have a Verizon iPhone, they will not permit it to be used on a pre-paid plan.
Verizon only supports the iPhone 4 and 4S on the $80/month unlimited talk/text, 1 gig of data prepaid. The phone also has to be one that was originally sold for use on Verizon's network. The do not support prepaid for the iPhone 5 at all.
