Motion 5 - Not responding to adjustment

I searched first and couldnt pull any help.

I'm working on a "animation" I have designed something in Photoshop. 23 layers. I spaced out each layer on the grid after making the project 3D. I have the camera in the start position and I then start to follow this tutorials instructions. (camera selected>Hit record> Slightly move camera to get motion to create keyframes for that position. Nothing shows up though, no keyframes... Here is the video - (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIQMe_ic8qc) 3:51 is where I am at. In Keyframe editor his XYZ keyframes show up.. mine do not. Any thoughts as to what I am possiblly doing incorrectly?

The active camera view needs to be selected (click in the lower right viewer to activate it) for keyframes to be read from the controls at the upper right corner of the screen when in "Record" mode. Otherwise (in other views), you need to use the 3D transforms (Red, Green, Blue arrows) when recording camera moves (requires selected camera, of course).

It's far easier (IMO) to set a keyframe at the beginning (in any view) and use the 3D transform "tool" as you reposition the playhead -- Motion 5.0.2+ automatically sets new keyframes each time any change is made to parameters that have any keyframes on them (absolutely unnecessary to set new keyframes unless you need to keyframe a "hold" -- identical values at two sequential points in time.)
