How can I recover a mail server after I accidentally deleted it?

I didn't mean to delete one of my outgoing mail servers and now I can't send mail at all. Is there a way to recover this deleted server?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

If you deleted it, simply add the mail server again.

Accounts > Outgoing Mail Server > Edit server list...

It may be easier to delete the account and add it again. If it is an iCloud, IMAP, or Exchange account your emails messages on the server will still be there.

You're not deleting the server, you're just deleting the address of the server in your email client. As said above, you can just add the address back.
