I just received my replacement iphone 4 and I'm trying to re-sync everything to my new phone. I followed the directions of syncing with wifi while in itunes as well as backing up with icloud but when i turned on the new phone it reverted to a old setting from last December.
It's as if the icloud backup isn't actually happening. I logged into my icloud account and it's like phone - settings from a year ago.
I reset and turned off the replacement phone and turned back on the original phone and everything was back to it's correct settings.
Any idea on what I'm doing wrong?
