how do i turn siri off?

How do I turn siri off? I went to General, settings but there is no Siri tab.

iPad, iOS 6.0.1

iPad and iPad 2 do not have Siri.

What issue are you having?

If its a voice announcing everything, that's VoiceOver a feature for the blind.

Settings-general-accessibility-VoiceOver=off.
