If I have purchased 3 episodes in a show that is currently airing (with an estimated 12 episodes), does purchasing the Season Pass get me the remaining 9 episodes?
Yes it will but I would buy it from a computer via iTunes not directly from the Apple TV that way you can "complete your season" at a discounted rate.
