Cannot verify legal entity as "Company" in Thailand?

I want to register iOS Developer Program as Company but cannot finish enrollment process because cannot verify legal entity. The error said "This organization could not be verified as a legal entity"

I wonder how we could verify my DUNS Number as "Company" legal entity if DUNS's local provider in Thailand (www.bol.co.th) cannot serve us to verify this issue. They (bol.co.th) said they had something problem about data matching with Apple. While Apple's support team suggest me to contact BND South Asia & Middle East (should be here because there are global support center which coresponsd for Thailand region). I have tried but no response.

So how can I verify my legal identity to register Apple Developer program as Company?

Anyone know, please help.
