I just downloaded a movie from Itunes and it will not sync with my I pod touch?

Maybe Your iPod Cannot Handle The Resolution Of The Movie (1080P, 720P, ETC.) Or Maybe Your iPod Has Too Many Things And It Does Not Have Enough Space.
