I'm struggling to find the address book on my mac?
I've searched for it, but can't seem to find it anywhere!
Is it yet another thing Apple have decided to remove because nobody uses it any more 😢
or I am being a bit stupid?

Open your Applications Folder, Address Book is now called Contacts.

Which OS X version are you using, if you can't find the "Contacts" that Bodycalming mentions above?

my contact has phone numbers but not mailing addresses where did they go
Same here. Updated the other day. Now addresses are gone. And reading from iCloud, but only phone numbers. The address book is gone.
