dvd ripping error...help

Ok so i tried to rip Hostel and this thing popped up.

I/O Error!
Device blah blah blah

I dont want to type out the whole thing. Can someone tell me what happened?

You might want to look for a forum for your ripping software...

Your ripping software can't break the encryption, would be my guess.
Find something else to use, go to whatever software you used support forum or go really illegal and bit torrent it.
