How can my Dell colleague view .mov files in Quicktime? Right now she is just getting audio, not video.

I need for a Dell PC user to screen .mov files I brought into FCP 7 (mini DV tape) using Apple Pro Res 422 (HQ). I just moved the .mov files from Capture Scratch to an external hard drive (set up as FAT32). Right now she is just getting audio, not video. I assume it is a CODEX issue. How can my Dell colleague view these movie files? Is there a decoder she can use? Do I have recreate those files as something else? Thanks.
