My ipod is frozen and i wanna fix it but i wanna keep al my apps and stuff HELP!

Have you tried just a simple hard reset? To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

There is not. All of this should be backed up somewhere such as iCloud or iTunes and your PC/Mac.

Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and see if there is a backup. The date of the backup is also listed.

Under the Edit drop down menu in iTunes on a PC or via the iTunes drop down menu on a Mac.

Open iTunes on the computer.

For windows go to the Edit tab in the upper left and then to Preferences. Then in the window that opens clcik on Devices.

For a Mac Preferences is under rthew iTunes tap.
