expansion of bins

I have a bunch of bins for my present project.

When I expand them to reveal the clips I am unable to scroll all the way down and keep on scrolling

I am stopped abrutply by the bottom of the window when it should continue to then end but it does not.

I don't know what to make of this but can't work in a productive manner as I am always trying to work around shortened columns that don't reveal the clips I need access to.

Not sure if that is a good enough explanation
