In the help menu it tells about shortcut keys. In particular it mentions the following keys: Home, End, Page Down, and Page Up keys. At at loss, where are these keys located.

What kind of computer/Keyboard do you have? A notebook a desktop with a USB keyboard? An Apple keyboard?
Those keys are located on a full-size keyboard above the arrow keys but not on one without a number pad. You can look at the available keyboard layouts on this page.
Some, at least, of the laptop keyboards map those keys to the arrow keys plus the fn key (on my iBooks they are labeled). The Keyboard Viewer on my iBooks shows the change when I press the function key.
I thought that might be the case, Jeff, but I couldn't find it documented anywhere & my wireless keyboard is paired with my iPad so I couldn't check it easily.
