I already tried the support page. I uninstalled fully iTunes which resolved the issue but it came back and I dont want to re-uninstall everything. What can I do?

That's what I did before and it worked. Now the issue came back and I don't want to install/uninstall all the time.

iTunes 11 fixed the issue but not sure if its going to come back.
OK it came back. First time after initial connect after upgrading. iTunes dosent detect my iPod although Windows does
