I have tried opening a Java jar file, and it tells me that the file could not be launched, i researched it and it says that i am not up to date on java. Well I am running java version 1.7.0_09. So I was wondering what is the latest version and where do it

??? please help me! how do i upgrade my current version of java to the latest!?
