how can I solve this..when I purchased one of game, and I want there to buy they new story and when I download it they said
"please contact itunes support to complete this transaction"
how can I solve that???
by the way I use ipod 4s and its update in iOs 6.0.1

That link doesnt help I've been working with a rep for almost 2weeks and I'm still having the same problem!!
Please Please let me know if someone ever figures this out for you because mine is doing the same thing and its getting on my last nerve I cant get any new apps or even update my old ones

Same problem. It's disappointing that a previous reply stated that they had been working with an Apple representative for two weeks.
I was able to get around this error, after I realized the birthday year was making the user I was helping less than 18 years old. It is a requirement to be at least 18, at least in the account. appleid.apple.com
Also for iMessage and FaceTime Activation errors, make sure you walk through the iTunes store sign up, on the IOS device. Once signed up you can change the itunes store logon back to another logon.
Settings -> iTunes & App Stores
I just had the same error message. Tried to change cards, update my existing card, and as a last ditch effort tried switching from the 4G connection I had to the wifi at my workplace. Suddenly, with wifi connection, it worked.
No clue if that will help anyone, but it solved my problem.
