My printer is listed as being comp. with iPad, but when I go to add a printer it is not listed. Why isn't my printer listed there?

My printer was connected, now I cannot print anything. My printer is 3050a by HP. IT IS ON THE LIST OF COMPATIBLE PRINTERS.

You probably need to upgrade the firmware on the printer. I had pto do this with my HP printers before I occluded print from the iPad. Check the hp website for firmware updates for your model.
